What a stunning day in the Yarra Valley for our second annual Marli Russell Picnic, held on Sunday 22nd April. Guests had the opportunity to relax on the lawns overlooking the vineyard, listen to some beautiful live acoustic music and taste our new release 2016 Marli Russell wines.
At the picnic we shared tastings of our 2016 Marli Russell white blend ,RP1 (Marsanne, Roussanne, Clairette) and our 2016 red blend, RP2 (Grenache, Mourvedre, Shiraz, Cinsault) as well as our 2015 red blend.
With three delicious cheeses included, the picnic pack from our local Yarra Valley Dairy perfectly complimented the wines on tasting.
We always love catching up with our Members’, meeting new faces and receiving feedback on our wines. It was great to finally share these new and exciting wines with you and hear all your lovely comments and feedback, so thank you!
